Primary Road Map Objectives Since Terracoin was adopted in 2016, a lot of work has been put in to ensure long-term success. During the past two years, the community’s leaders have added merged mining, decentralized governance, masternodes, dark gravity wave difficulty recalculations, and more. Now that the most import- ant items are taken care of and primary teammembers have been recruited, Terracoin is working towards completing the items listed below before moving on to other things. Mainstream Adoption Terracoin has all the qualities it takes to achieve mainstream adoption, including fast transactions and basically non-ex- istent fees. Terracoin will work towards being adopted by different merchants by showing howmuch time and money businesses can save by adopting their payment method while also supporting philanthropic efforts. The commu- nity will also approach non-profits and share the value of accepting donations in Terracoin, in addition to the income potential from running a masternode once enough coins are acquired. Atomic Swap This feature allows for the exchange of one crypto for another without needing to go through a third party (i.e. online crypto exchanges). Benefits include faster trades, eliminating delays, retention of private keys the entire time, minimizing poten- tial security breaches and reducing trading fees.
